LISFA now accepts membership dues ONLINE!:

CURRENT MEMBERS

2. Click on “Member Login” and use your current username/password when prompted.  (If you do not remember this information, click on
3. Log in and Click “My Profile.”  Update profile as necessary and click “Update Profile” when complete.
4. Click on “Pay Dues,” where you can automatically pay your LISFA dues with a credit card!
5. If you are renewing your membership and all information is current/same as last year, you are done!  You do NOT need to send in this form.

(If your district pays through a purchase order, please complete Steps 1-4.  Then, have your director of music/district coordinator log into “Director Login” and print out an invoice under “Teachers.”)

If you are a new member, your information has changed (even if you paid online) or you are paying by check, please print the form (attachment below) and return the form to our Membership Chairperson before October 15, 2012.  If you are a district director, please include the invoice along with your payment.
